Julie Ladd.Julie is a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI certified Pilates Instructor (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and a graduate of the Polestar Comprehensive Pilates equipment training in London. A qualified Physiotherapist since 1989, she has been teaching and practicing Pilates since 2002. Since setting up Pilates Therapy in 2004 it has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the most well-known and respected providers of Pilates in Worcestershire. Julie has trained extensively over the years with different schools of Pilates and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes and private clients, as well as working with sports groups and clubs.

Mo SmithAfter leaving the Royal Air Force as a Medical Administrator in 1998 following 12 years service, Mo trained as a Personal Fitness Instructor. In 2005 she began to specialise in Pilates, qualifying with the highly regarded Stott Pilates method. Since qualifying she has been teaching classes for Pilates Therapy in and around the Malvern area. Mo's classes are always fun, challenging and informative, and her bubbly personality means she has an extremely loyal following!

Caroline AdorisioCaroline qualified in 2007 as a level 3 Pilates and fitness instructor. She has a friendly and caring nature and enjoys motivating the class to become not only fitter but also more aware of their bodies. Caroline is excellent at teaching a wide variety of exercises in her classes to keep them fresh and interesting but is also able to modify the more challenging moves when necessary, so her classes are suitable for everyone. She is currently studying for a level 3 qualifiaction in sports injury and rehabilitation.
