can be arranged for every type of client, at every level.

How many sessions will I need?
Thats up to you! Some people need one or two private sessions as an introduction to Pilates before joining a class.
Some come regularly - once a week or more in some cases, working on physical issues they have or for general body conditioning to enhance sports performance and injury prevention. Some clients like to come monthly alongside attending regular classes, as a way of checking that they are performing the exercises correctly and therefore getting the maximum benefit from them. |
What will we cover?An initial private session usually starts with some questions around any injuries and health issues, as well as a discussion about what you want from the sessions so that we can tailor the programme to suit you.
Depending on how regularly you have a session, we may provide a home programme of exercises to complement the areas we are working on – maybe on flexibility, stability or co-ordination. |
