Julie Ladd
Julie Ladd is a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI certified Pilates Instructor (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and a graduate of the Polestar Comprehensive Pilates equipment training in London. A qualified Physiotherapist since 1989, she has been teaching and practicing Pilates since 2002. Since setting up Pilates Therapy in 2004 it has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the most well-known and respected providers of Pilates in Worcestershire. Julie has trained extensively over the years with different schools of Pilates and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes and private clients, as well as working with sports groups and clubs.

Mo Smith
After leaving the Royal Air Force as a Medical Administrator in 1998 following 12 years service, Mo trained as a Personal Fitness Instructor. In 2005 she began to specialise in Pilates, qualifying with the highly regarded Stott Pilates method. Since qualifying she has been teaching classes for Pilates Therapy in and around the Malvern area. Mo's classes are always fun, challenging and informative, and her bubbly personality means she has an extremely loyal following!

Caroline Adorisio
Caroline qualified in 2007 as a level 3 Pilates and fitness instructor. She has a friendly and caring nature and enjoys motivating the class to become not only fitter but also more aware of their bodies. Caroline is excellent at teaching a wide variety of exercises in her classes to keep them fresh and interesting but is also able to modify the more challenging moves when necessary, so her classes are suitable for everyone. She is currently studying for a level 3 qualifiaction in sports injury and rehabilitation.

Michaela Burgess
Michaela qualified as a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist in 2015. Her involvement with clients working to prevent injury and maintain healthy muscles through physical manipulation ultimately led to a keen interest in Pilates and so she decided to train to become an instructor. Michaela has just passed her Comprehensive Matwork qualification with the APPI, one of the most respected and rigorous Pilates training organisations in the UK. Michaela was the first ever non-health professional to pass the APPI healthgroup matwork exam !

Louise Clines
Louise is a Chartered Physiotherapist, having worked for many years in neurological and elderly rehabilitation and specialising in the treatment of stroke, Parkinson’s, MS and general conditions of the elderly. Having spent many years practising pilates in her free time and, having discovered not only its broad health benefits, but the fun of exercising with like minded people, she competed her APPI training in 2017. Louise is very keen for people to become aware of how they move, recognising their muscle imbalances and re-educating their bodies in normal patterns of movement.

Leila Huwiler
Leila is a dance and movement artist and facilitator with over 20 years experience in working with people of all ages and abilities alongside performing, choreographing and other creative projects. She was introduced to Pilates while studying dance, where it formed an integral part of her training. Leila qualified as a Pilates Matwork instructor with BODYHARMONICS 12 years ago, expanding her love for movement. She is passionate about holistic health and well being, advocating for the many physical as well as mental benefits of movement. Leila's classes are balanced and flowing, focussing on core work and posture, incorporating breath and relaxation while keeping it suitably challenging.

Elly Copes
Elly is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a qualified APPI Pilates instructor. She first fell in love with Pilates through her own practice, long before she began teaching it, and it’s become a natural extension of her physiotherapy work. Before relocating, she taught classes in Cardiff, helping people build strength, improve movement, and feel more connected to their bodies. She is passionate about purposeful, controlled movement and loves seeing the difference it can make in everyday life. Pilates is as much about the social side as the physical benefits. She aims to create a welcoming, supportive space where people can enjoy moving, learning, and feeling good in their bodies and function.
Pilates Therapy has seven highly qualified and experienced instructors teaching mat-work classes throughout the Worcester and Malvern areas.
