Pilates for Back pain
This new class is similar to the Rehab classes but with the bulk of the exercises aimed at helping the mobility, flexibility and strength in the joints and muscles that are often affected when we have back pain.
Fear of movement and exercise after periods of backpain is common and this class will boost your confidence and help you get moving again!
